Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from us, but we understand that sometimes a gift is duplicated or you just don’t want what you have ordered, so you can return any items bought from us within 14 days.
Should you wish to return a product to us, please email returns@theaccessoriescrowd.com stating the order number, the product you want to return and the reason for return. A team member from The Accessories Crowd will then get back to you with a return reference number and address.
We will refund you the full cost of the item plus delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the return cost of delivery.
If the item is not received by us in brand new condition, has been damaged, or does not include all parts and documentation, we reserve the right to return the product to you or charge you a re-stocking fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened. This is applicable to all types of replacement batteries, memory, media cards or similar products. Wireless or wired headsets are also excluded where evidence of in-ear use has been identified; this is due to reasons of hygiene.

Please be aware that it may take up to 5 days for us to process replacements or refunds. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will let you know ASAP.
Refunds will be made back to the original payment method. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your card details. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
Faulty items – Return within 30 days
Obviously we make every effort to ensure that your goods are not faulty but unfortunately this does sometimes happen. If this is the case, you have 30 days from receiving the goods to return them to The Accessories Crowd for a refund or exchange.
All items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all parts and any documentation. Once the fault has been confirmed by our testing team, we will drop you an email and process the replacement or issue a full refund to you via the original payment method. Should our testing team discover there is not a fault, or that the item has been tampered with in any way, we will discuss this with you before returning the item to you.
Items outside the 30 day period will be given a replacement only.
