When you place an order with The Accessories Crowd you will receive an email confirmation when we have received your order. Once we have packed and sent your order you will receive another email from us confirming despatch. Once payment has been made and the order has been sent you will be unable to cancel the order.

There are 2 delivery options:

• Standard delivery - £2.95: your items will be delivered in 3-5 business days
• Next Day delivery - £5.95: your items will be delivered next day at any time and generally by courier so please make sure someone is present at your designated delivery address for someone to sign!

If you require Next Day delivery, we must receive your order before 4pm on the day before the expected delivery, i.e. by 4pm on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

If you order your items at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday, please note that these will not be processed until the next business day.

Our never-ending quest to provide our customers with the best quality accessories means that we source our range from a number of different suppliers, so please be aware that you may receive more than one delivery for your order. You will only be charged one delivery charge depending on the service you have chosen.

When you sign for a delivery, please check the condition of the product/s. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted.

If items are returned to us due to a failed delivery, the postage costs will unfortunately not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge additional carriage costs to re-send the items.

All orders will be subject to UK VAT.
