Clean that screen!

With the increasing number of touchscreen devices we use every day, it’s shocking to realise how dirty those screens can get! 

We have seen a number of recent reports saying that a touchscreen contains 18 times more germs than a toilet flush handle and that 25% of touchscreen phones have been found to contain faecal matter! 

So, it’s time to start cleaning those screens. 

We have a few products that can help you keep your devices clean and (almost) germ-free. The first is from a brand called Stickems. These cool little screen cleaners, available in a number of different fashionable designs, are made from a microfibre material and stick to the back of your device when you have finished cleaning. Also available are two products from popular office supplies company AF International. The first is a large microfibre cloth - perfect for larger touchscreen devices such as tablets. We also range a Screen Cleaning Kit from AF that comes with a spray and microfibre cloth.

Cecilie O iPhone 5 cases

We've done it again! 

We now have in stock some beautiful iPhone 5 cases from award-winning designer and illustrator Cecilie O .

As an award winning designer and illustrator, Cecilie's clients include major publishing houses and companies, as well as international publishers.

Her work as an illustrator ranges from the literary field, packaging for major brands, brochures and illustrations several books that include literary titles as well as text book series for children, youth and adults.

In 2005 Cecilie won an award for The Most Beautiful Book of the Year with the cover illustration for a book of Japanese love poetry;

Cecilie spent 14 years of her life serving underprivileged children in Haiti, Jamaica and Mexico, founding a children’s home and preschools in slums and villages.

Orignially from Norway, Cecilie moved to Kobe in Japan in the summer of 2011.

As always, we try to bring you the best quality brands and products for your portable devices. We are today happy to announce that we have a new brand and their awesome products - Truecarbon.

Truecarbon products are available EXCLUSIVELY from The Accessories Crowd .

The brand Truecarbon was born from the idea to create simple carbon covers for Apple's products such as iPhone, iPad etc.

The founder of the company decided to take advantage of his consolidated know-how in the field of carbon manufacturing, where the technological experience is of primary importance to get good results.

The range consists of iPhone 4/4S covers and iPad 2/3 covers currently, with more products to follow soon.

The plain carbon covers come in black or silver and come with or without a hole (so you can see the Apple logo on the back of your device). There is also a 'Vintage' range which include the Union Jack cover, Stars and Stripes cover, Skull design and Burlesque designs for the iPhone.

Freedom Bluetooth Keyboard and Case for iPad

We have been recently talking to the guys over at Freedom and they showed us their new Bluetooth Keyboard and case for the iPad 2 and new iPad, we love it!

Unlike other brands and products, the keyboard is stowed on the back of the case and can be removed for typing - this makes the overall case thinner, lighter and smaller than all the other products that do a similar job out there.

In addition to the cool design, the keyboard has a number of Apple-related keys on it so you can go to the home screen by using a key on the keyboard - awesome I hear you say!
